I have Understood the following terms & Conditions to become independent Business Associate of the " ASJ WEB TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED " later described as " company " and to the participate in its Program " www.makemydollar.com ". Which I accept and agree to abide in terms and spirit.

• During this agreement Independent Business Associate will hold in confidence business information which business associate acquired during the Tenure of this agreement
• The Business associate is an Independent Business Associate for all purpose and doesn’t create an employee-employer Relationship, Agency, Partnership or Joint venture between the IBA and " company "
• All the Payments shall be Deposit to " ASJ WEB TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED " by Online/paypal/Bank Transfer/DD payable to " ASJ WEB TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ". We shall not be responsible for remittances made at any other places in any other mode.
• Amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• That the " company " is Competent and free at this discretion to amend the Program, plan, rules & regulation, policies & procedures, terms and conditions from time to time.
• The " company " shall have the right to make any changes, if necessary at any time without any prior information.
• T.D.S. will be deducted from payout (Incentive, Awards & Rewards) to business associate as per applicable provisions of Income Tax Act ´ 1961.
• Handling & Administration Charges will be also deducted from the payouts of the Business Associate.
• Any tax, duty, levy, Octroi and delivery charges if applicable shall be borne by the business associate exclusively.
• Upon death of an Independent Business Associate the right and responsibilities of the independent associates are passed on the rightful nominee as per the law. The nominee shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the original independent associate agreement and abide by such rules and regulation.
• The Activation of account will be considered as your Date of Joining. " company " reserves the rights to immediately cancel the registration of any IBA if found violating the rules set by Library without assigning any reason thereof. IBA should not use the trademark, symbols, literature pre approved material and slogans of the " company " for any purpose other than as specified by the " company ".
• In case of any dispute the decision taken by the directors of the " company " will be treated as final and binding to all.
• The applicant´s membership business cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to any person without the prior written consent of the " company ". The " company " reserves the rights or declines this application without having to assign any reason.
• The " company " may terminate the Independent Business Associate if found representing any other company or any similar nature of business.
• This agreement is binding upon and is meant for the benefit of the parties, their heirs and successors in interest, if any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provision shall not be affected.
• All disputes shall be subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.

I agree with all terms and conditions given by " company " and the " company " reserves the rights for accept of reject the Registration/application form without assigning any reason thereof.
